Michael Hopkins remembers always having a knack for drawing, but it wasn't until later in life that he took up art making in earnest. Whether it's a portrait of a family member or a whimsically-rendered still life of food, Michael pays careful attention to his subject matter. A mainly self-taught artist, he has mastered a variety of media, and approaches each new artwork with an open mind.
