Say hello to Matt Bianchi, December's Artist of the Month!
Matthew Bianchi is a pen-and-ink and watercolor artist whose work blends characters from children’s literature, animation, and his own storytelling with themes from American railroad history and the World Wars. This mix of childhood imagery and military or industrial subjects creates a striking contrast that invites viewers to question familiar narratives and assumptions. Living in Frankfort, IL, Bianchi has been a member of Project Onward since 2013.
