Artists at Home: Dijon Barrett

We’re going to be conducting our seventh “Artists at Home” quarantine artist interview featuring Dijon Barrett! Join us on Instagram LIVE to get to know one of Project Onward’s talented artists!! Dijon has been with our organization for 3 years and his style has been rapidly evolving ever since! He creates colored pencil drawings that are full of vivid color, detail, soft gradients, and confident line. He often references landscapes and other natural scenes in his work and adds fantastical elements and alternate hues from his imagination. This process results in gorgeous, engaging compositions that are all his own. In the interview he’ll tell us all about his background, the content of his work, and his artistic practice at home. At the end he’ll answer live questions from viewers!
