About the event
"Tiny Wonders" was such a hit, that we're keeping it going for a second month - with lots of new work added!
The Project Onward team scales down - finding the profound in the pint-size, the infinite in the miniscule. The miniature as a medium has thrived across time and space - from 10th century Indian palm leaf paintings to Dutch Renaissance rosary beads carved with visions of heaven and hell, humans are just drawn to the tiny!
In addition to the +80 small-sized wall works, “Tiny Wonders” also features a miniature doll-house gallery, hung with masterworks only 5/8-inch wide. We won’t have any Alice-in-Wonderland-style shrinking potions on hand (too much legal liability), but we will have drinks to sip as you travel into our diminutive universe. The show features an all-star cast of Project Onward artists!
